Hi All
I need to send an urgent letter to the uk and was wondering which is the fastest way to get it there.Has anyone got any ideas.Thanks

Chronopost is the fastest but a tad expensive as all la poste services(see rant section).As Simon says you could fax it or scan and email it

We had to get an original signed house sale contract back to the UK super-quick, so it would meet the exchange date. UK solicitors take no account at all of the logistics of getting important paperwork across foreign borders, and had fixed the exchange date for their own convenience.
We took it to the Post Office and I think we used the Chronopost service. Anyway, we paid something like £45 for a plastic bag which claimed to provide a guaranteed signed-for 48 hour delivery, so that it would be on our solicitor's desk first thing Monday morning.
It then transpired that the buyer's solicitor was not ready on Monday in any case, as he had gone on holiday! So we could have used a much cheaper service. But hey, who cares? Certainly not either of the 2 solicitors.
Bitter? Moi?
