I have a serious problem wiv dem moles. I thought we had won the battle with the smoke bombs. Then I bought those expensive noise and vibration sticks solar powered and successfully kept them away from the main back lawn. They have now set up shop on the front lawn and by the look of it, invited all their mates over too. Somebody must have a solution. I found on the internet coyotte urine works but they dont sell it at Intermarche (you should have seen her face when we asked) so what do we do? Any animal lovers and ecologists plse abstain, its time to get down and dirty! |

Hi Simon
I do sympathise with you on this problem.Having been involved in Gardening all my life i have a lot of experience with them and although it may look like a lot of moles chances are it will only be a single male or two.Its amazing how much digging a single male does. The French are correct in thinking they are haemophyliac so they put sharps down the runs ie glass or thorns or rose cuttings etc making the mole bleed to death.Another way is to put garlic or diesel down the hole which does deter them. However the only way that ive found to work fast and effectively is by exploding them using 'detaupers' or petards.Set it on a fresh mole hill every day. In a week or so (maybe less) you will be mole free. A male can dig up to 10 mole hills everyday!!!!
Good luck |

| If you dont want them bleeding to death or exploding them, weve got rid of them by simply putting mothballs down the holes, worked for us and cheaper than the 60€ mole Dynamite!!!! |

| trouble with the discouragement system is that they just move over to another part of the lawn and set up shop there. this unfortunately needs to be a bit more serious. there will be some colateral damage but it cant be helped. |

The only thing that works are the explosive 'Detaupers'
we were infested with the little ********* on our prized lawns and tried all the old wives tales to no avail. We took the 80 € hit and were mole free in 3 days.Dont muck about Simon as the situation will only get worse believe me!!!!! |
