Hello, Im wanting to try and track down some to use as winter food for my horses.Does anybody know the French term for this or where i can buy it from. thanks

what you need to ask for is 'pulpe de betrave' .I get mine from Gamm Vert of which you need to order it.You could try the local agricultural cooperative also
