 e-mail Tanya | Has anybody experienced a problem when running their phone through a livebox.Mine only works on and off intermittantly and when i rang the English speaking helpline they tested the live box and said this was working fine it must be the phone.So i went and bought new phone yesterday, same problems today im at my wits end as i need phone for work.

We had exactley the same problems last month.We got someone 'nice and helpful' on the English helpline who told us that they had been having lots of problems with the bluejack as he said.This is the connection with the blue plug that goes into the livebox from the phone(the very short one) we simply went to orange shop and exchanged it.Cured it for us
